# From a brochure page to a freight platform.

A complete digital transformation for Verve Freight. We took a 5-page site with no quote tool and rebuilt it into a 15-page freight brokerage platform with a live instant quote engine - without changing what the company actually does.

## Verve Freight had a real operation. Its website looked like a landing page.

Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page. Six things stood between the company and the shippers looking for a broker.

No About page, no Services page, no FAQ - just a homepage, Carriers, Contact, Privacy Policy and Shippers.

The homepage had no form and no quote tool of any kind - a shipper with a load had nowhere to start.

The only click-to-call link on the site was a placeholder number, not a real line.

The Carriers page's title and a hidden heading actually described the Terms of Service. The Shippers page's hidden heading described an About page that doesn't exist.

The hidden layer search engines read declared only a generic local business - no services, no FAQ, nothing an AI could quote.

Every page was a static layout - nothing moved, nothing showed the operation in action.

## Before we touched a pixel, we measured.

We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we'll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new.

Every row above was checked on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right - canonicals and a sitemap, both WordPress platform defaults - the table says so.

## Drag the divider. Both sides are live.

The left side is Verve Freight's old website. The right side is the redesign, playing its hero video right now. These are the real sites, not screenshots - judge the transformation yourself.

The homepage. Every page got the same treatment - tap any page below to compare it full screen.

## Every page, before and after.

Tap a page to open the full-screen comparison - live sites, video playing, drag to reveal.

## The old site had no video anywhere.

The old site was static top to bottom - zero video files, on any of its 5 pages. The new site opens 9 different pages with a real hero video, not a stock loop. Drag the example, then tap any still to see it play.

watch it come alive The home page hero. Left: the still poster frame. Right: the same video, playing.

## For most shippers, the first look happens on a phone.

Both screens below are live - the left is the old site loaded right now at phone size, the right is the new site loaded right now at phone size, video playing.

On the new site, a quote starts in one tap from any page, and the phone number in the header actually dials - neither was true on the old site.

## The biggest improvements aren't all visible.

Anyone can make a website prettier. The layer underneath - the one Google, Siri and ChatGPT actually read - is where this redesign does its quietest work.

### What customers see

### What search engines & AI see

### The Old Site

What most businesses have and never know it

### The New Site

What we give every client

We didn't just redesign what people see. We rebuilt what Google and AI systems see too.

Every figure above was counted on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. We don't promise rankings - nobody honestly can. We build sites that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, which is what rankings are built on.

## This wasn't a new coat of paint.

Here is what was actually delivered.

15 pages built out from 5 - a full site, not a template with new colors.

Layouts tuned separately for small screens, where a shipper's first look usually happens.

Instant Quote tool wired to real ZIP3 lane data and a published diesel index - not a static form.

Full Truckload, LTL, Refrigerated, Flatbed, Expedited and Drayage/Intermodal - each with its own page.

9 real video files across the site, where the old site had none.

Accurate titles, descriptions, canonicals, sitemap and robots directives on every page.

A real, working click-to-call number on every page, replacing a placeholder.

A 37-question FAQ structured so assistants can quote it, plus a real llms.txt file.

## One broker. Every freight type.

Instead of one generic services blurb, the new site gives each freight type its own page to sell itself. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.

The old site had one Services concept and no page for it. The new site gives 6 freight types their own real page, each with its own video and its own path to quote.

## Ready for launch.

No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and waiting for the go-ahead.

Because this redesign has not yet replaced the client's live website, this case study intentionally reports implementation improvements rather than post-launch traffic, ranking or revenue claims.

## Same business. Completely different digital experience.
